Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi CNS addressed Indian Navy sailors posted in NHQ and units in Delhi area at Nau Sena Bhawan, New Delhi on 12 June 2024. Sharing his vision and expectations with men and women in whites, CNS emphasised the need to stay focussed on the core tasking of Indian Navy i.e. to safeguard the nation's Maritime Security Anytime, Anywhere, Anyhow. He highlighted the importance of knowing "Why we are doing, what we are doing" which would ensure efforts in the right direction to achieve the desired outcome. Speaking on the strengths and effectiveness of time-tested "Divisional System," CNS encouraged everyone to utilise the latest avenues available to reach out, communicate as well as access the latest information made available through various Digital initiatives. Driving home the primacy of ensuring ‘safety and security’ both at the individual as well as organisational level, CNS reiterated his vision and commitment to ensuring a Combat Ready Credible Cohesive and Future Ready Indian Navy.
